Computer-based training simulations are quickly becoming 'must have' training materials, because it is increasingly obvious that using effective simulations translate skills from the classroom to the field.

While several software tools are available to produce simulations, as of yet there are no classes about how to build effective simulations. This project-oriented class, delivered online as a mix of webinars, self-study materials, and discussion on the CommandSim Learning Community, aims to teach you both the principles of successful simulations and the hands-on techniques for building them using Adobe Flash and CommandSim software.
